She was prompt to respond, very kind, great with flexibility when I changed my mind, honest with answers, very respectful of budget, not pushy, top quality work. Many commented on how large her fresh roses were and how beautiful her arrangements looked! Very detail oriented. She set-up our reception hall for us, delivered promptly without a hitch!
